It’s not an Almodóvar movie if there isn’t a plethora tit and Talk to Her is no exception. Strangely though the tits belong to a character in a coma…

Talk to Her is as original a movie about relationships as I have ever seen and was thoroughly engrossed from start to finish. It has this strange parallelism in it but yet each of the four main characters are all in such different positions. I don’t know how else to put it besides I was engrossed and mesmerized. The acting is superb, the directing is fantastic. I really really enjoyed this movie. It’s just unique and original and explores a little of a lot of things.

There is a moment in this film where we watch an “old silent film” that was clearly created for this movie but it is such an engaging little film but also so bizarre and great, just another little element of Talk to Her that makes it so interesting.

Almodóvar is quickly becoming a top director for me as the more films of his I watch the more I realize he is exploring themes that no one else dares touch and in such truly unique way with original stories.

God Bless America
